L’Oreal has chosen to deploy a number of their brands on Alegras’ end-to-end solution. Lancome, Khiel’s, NYX Makeup and Urban Decay was deployed across 4 platforms, including Magento Web, PWA, Native iOS and Native Android (Mobile and Tablet).

We also created a personalised advisory toolkit for customers, helping them to choose the right makeup, with intelligent suggestions based on their input. The system also has advanced cross and up sell options built into it, with product recommendations.

L’Oreal also sends free samples to customers, and logic was created to systematically offer customers different options, based on how much they purchased, and then allowing them to choose what they would like sent.
