P&G has very complex B2B business requirements, and with our solution, we were able to create the platform they needed to service their 100k+ retailers, all using different levels of discounts allocated to them, as well as intelligent discounting, based on the their monthly/quarterly spend. Orders also needed to be purchasable individually or as bulk orders, with complex pricing rules allocated to each category, and then segmented by customer groups.
P&G needed multi warehouse management, multi stock control and advanced stock allocation for omni-channel order processing (Order Management Solution). Customers needed a reward / loyalty system in place, allowing them to collect points with spend, and then be able to use them as a form of discount against their next purchase.
P&G also wanted a call centre customer support system, allowing their agents to process, amend and help customers finalise their orders, which we built for them. We also implemented our Media suite, allowing them to have internal training sessions across the board, using live streaming as well as training video and content management.
